Jenny has been with Aston Mead since November 2015, carrying out all the administration involved in a busy land agent’s office. Jenny is the glue that holds everything together, without her the office would fall apart! She is known to secretly put the heating on (in the summer!), much to Adam and Charlie’s dismay.
Away from work, she’s full-time mum to two girls; her teenage daughter Amber who is 14 and just started her GSCE journey and Amelia who is 11 and has started her secondary school journey. Jenny is known to enjoy a glass of vino and a chick flick in her down time.
Will has recently joined the Aston Mead team to assist with expansion into London. He has spent the majority of his career working as an Estate agent in London covering Clapham and Dulwich for companies such as Winkworth and Pedder.
Currently living in Fulham, he has a strong interest in Land and thrives at meeting new people and trying to achieve the best results possible. In his spare time, he has a Chelsea season ticket, enjoys trying out new restaurants in London and going down to Salisbury to spend time with family and going on walks with the black Labrador.
Will is certainly the most sporty member of the team having spent his formative years at the exclusive Millfield School In Somerset where he was captain of the football team that included a Lineker in the side!
Charlie was part of the driving force behind the Aston Mead estate agency which he set up with his brother Adam in the year 2000. But his dealings in property go back twice that length of time. When he’s not on the golf course, doing a spot of sea fishing or eating peanut butter and marmite sandwiches (yes, together!), he’s finding suitable sites for a variety of developers and loves the fact that every day in the industry is different. A few years ago, he spent Valentine’s Day afternoon with John Travolta, who he bumped into in a hotel (he wants us to point out that his wife was there too). One of these days, he’ll buy that 911 Targa he’s been dreaming about…
Adam started in the property business as a fresh-faced 17 year old in 1987 at Mann & Co, a popular breeding ground for aspiring estate agents at the time (£2,500 a year basic, since you ask!) He went on to set up the Aston Mead estate agency chain with his brother Charles in the year 2000, quickly adding a Land & New Homes department. When the brothers sold the company in 2015, they kept the Land & New Homes side of the business successfully covering the South East from offices in Walton on Thames. The business went from strength to strength and in 2021 Adam opened an additional office in Exeter covering the Western region on the back of demand from existing clients setting up offices in Bristol, Exeter and other major locations based in the M4/M5/A303 corridor.
Adam lives with his wife Elisa and 2 of his children, Sonny and Indigo on a farm in the South Hams taking advantage of the nearby beaches for surfing, boating and walking their 2 cocker spaniels Flex and Bear. Millie his eldest daughter is currently studying at Liverpool University and Lucas at Leeds University. The boys in the family for their sins are Brentford Season ticket holders – been an interesting few years!
Richard has worked in property for over 30 years, and now sources sites (both with and without planning permission) for the company’s developer clients. He’s been with Aston Mead since 2008 and loves the rapport he has with his customers, as well as the buzz he gets putting a deal together. Away from the office, he spends his time these days following his favourite football team Arsenal and running around after his two teenage daughters.
Calum is the newest member to the Aston Mead Team. Having joined the property industry straight from school, he spent several years within a busy head office environment; followed by development sales.
The land and property sector has always been a natural interest for Calum, and he is keen to expand on this whilst being able to close some Land deals. In his spare time, he enjoys working on his own renovation (although his partner wouldn’t agree he’s any good!) Whilst he is a proud dog father to Bella!

Guy Charrison has been active in the property profession since 1980. A key figure in the property and land auction world for over 20 years, a Chartered Surveyor and a former President of the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers we are glad to have been associated with Guy for the last 20 years and are delighted to continue our professional relationship into a 3rd decade. Guy is ready and willing to advise on any auction disposals; in addition he can offer formal valuation advice for property owners involved in land disposals.
Guy is married with 3 children, they also enjoy playing golf and tennis.
