We sold the land to a small well known developer and work is due to start in mid 2022.

One of our longest deals in the making! We first approached the Diocese over 10 years ago with regards the sale of the previous Vicarage which was no longer fit for purpose.

We introduced a retained client who built up a trusting relationship with the Diocese, and despite many hurdles (mainly put there by Runnymede Council planning department!) the purchase finally completed in late 2021.

The client is now on site delivering 12 luxury apartments within walking distance of the River Thames and Staines Upon Thames town centre.
