We were originally approached by the owners of this property set in grounds of 1.4 acres to look at maximising the development potential in 2020. However, they decided the timing wasn’t right for them, so put it on hold.

When they made the decision to move in the Summer of 2025, they contacted us again and we approached several suitable developers, receiving offers on a subject to planning and unconditional basis. Our latest in Fir Tree Road consisted of three adjacent plots whereby once all owners confirmed they were interested in selling for development we introduced  Denton Homes. Following various meetings terms were agreed, an application for six houses was subsequently submitted but refused by Reigate and Banstead council. However, following a planning appeal the decision was overturned, contracts exchanged and construction is due to commence in Spring 2025.
