Ty Gwynn on The Avenue in Ascot is another rambling family house that wasn’t really fit for purpose and required more money to be spent on it to get it into a modern standard than it was probably worth. We introduced a favoured retained client, Gilbert Homes, who using their excellent knowledge of the area (and the planners) secured planning for two fine detached family homes that both sold shortly after launch.
