Guy Charrison has over 40 years of experience in the property profession, and has been a key figure in the auction world for over 20 years and is a former President of the NAVA. We are glad to have been associated with Guy for the last 20 years and are delighted to continue our professional relationship into a 3rd decade. Guy is ready and willing to advise on any auction disposals; in addition he can offer formal valuation advice for property owners involved in land disposals.

Natasha has recently joined the Aston Mead team having acquired 18 years property experience working in agency in United Kingdom and more recently leading the development department for Abu Dhabi’s government in the Middle East. Her diverse experience and tenacious spirit brings a fresh approach to sourcing land. Natasha enjoys building long lasting relationships with her clients and seeking out a good opportunity! Away from work, Natasha enjoys playing tennis and golf (with limited success), has a passion for supercars and loves spending time with her beloved Arabic dog, Sheba, who is a proud dual passport holder!

Charlie was part of the driving force behind the Aston Mead estate agency which he set up with his brother Adam in the year 2000. But his dealings in property go back twice that length of time. When he’s not on the golf course, doing a spot of sea fishing or eating peanut butter and marmite sandwiches (yes, together!), he’s finding suitable sites for a variety of developers and loves the fact that every day in the industry is different. A few years ago, he spent Valentine’s Day afternoon with John Travolta, who he bumped into in a hotel (he wants us to point out that his wife was there too). One of these days, he’ll buy that 911 Targa he’s been dreaming about…

Adam started in the property business as a fresh-faced 17 year old in 1987 (£2,500 a year basic, since you ask!) He went on to set up the Aston Mead estate agency chain with his brother Charles in the year 2000, quickly adding a Land & New Homes department. When the brothers sold the company in 2015, they kept the Land & New Homes side of the business. He loves the challenge of securing offers from likely clients and following the deal through – particularly when years later he drives into an area ands sees developments of new homes he was instrumental in delivering. He also says that since his early days in the late ‘80s, his pay has gone up a bit. Adam lives close to the Beach in South Devon with his (long suffering) wife Elisa and children Sonny and Indigo. He runs the gauntlet of the A303 every other week when based in the Surrey office and is still unsure as to whether the M4/M5 or the M3/A303 is the quicker route!

Richard has worked in property for over 30 years, and now sources sites (both with and without planning permission) for the company’s developer clients. He’s been with Aston Mead since 2008 and loves the rapport he has with his customers, as well as the buzz he gets putting a deal together. Away from the office, he spends his time these days following his favourite football team Arsenal and being a taxi service for his two daughters. His guilty pleasure? Since you ask – it was watching all of the Love Island series. And that was even before it became everyone’s guilty pleasure!

Mike Wightman joined us in 2016, bringing more than 30 years of valuable experience in the Home Counties and London property market with him.

Jenny has been with Aston Mead since November 2015, carrying out all the administration involved in a busy land agent’s office – which sometimes means working as Adam, Charles or Richard’s PA! Away from work, she’s full time mummy to two little girls – although likes to squeeze in a bit of retail therapy whenever possible. Her interests include travel and chocolate in almost equal measure, and hopes to do much more of the former (and perhaps the latter) when her daughters are older.
