
When the owners of Beechwood Drive were granted planning permission to replace their existing house, which was set on a plot of just over 0.4 acres with three large new detached houses they were approached by several companies including ourselves enquiring whether they would consider selling the site.
After discussing this with them they were happy for us to speak to developers but were keen to keep this discreet. We introduced one of our retained clients who put forward an offer that was acceptable to the owners, terms were agreed and contracts exchanged.
Construction is due to start towards the end of 2022.
