
We secured this land on behalf of a retained PLC Housebuilder who was looking for land suitable for housing to promote in the local area.
The land is a short walk of the local school, amenities and the soon to be opened Elizabethan Line making it extremely sustainable and therefore ideal for future development. The size of the proposed scheme will enable further amenities for the village including an additional school and doctors surgery.
We await the proposed creation of the Buckinghamshire unitary authority which sadly has resulted in strategic planning being put on the back burner until resolved! Once in place the land will be robustly promoted through the local plan.
