When the developer who had been granted planning permission to build 2 detached houses was unable to purchase the site, a friend of the owner recommended he contacted Aston Mead.

Whilst the owner had subsequently received other offers for the property, they were either unable to perform, or the figures were not at the not at the right level.

We were however, able to tap into our extensive database of developers, where we found a suitable buyer. Contracts have recently exchanged and building work will be starting shortly.
