We were originally approached by the owners of this property set in grounds of 1.4 acres to look at maximising the development potential in 2020. However, they decided the timing wasn’t right for them, so put it on hold.
When they made the decision to move in the Summer of 2025, they contacted us again and we approached several suitable developers, receiving offers on a subject to planning and unconditional basis. The family decided to proceed with an unconditional offer, contracts were exchanged at the end of September and asked for a delayed completion of March ’26 allowing them time to secure their onward purchase.
