The site remains in the call for sites, a draft allocation and recently survived a further round of scrutiny.

We are therefore looking for a pro-active development partner to drive forward a residential scheme on the basis Three Rivers can only demonstrate a 1.9 year land supply.  The site is obviously sustainable and the visual impact mentioned in the pre app can be contained.
